Slouchy Skinny Jeans

Hello Web Beauties!!

Well, I got my polyvore.com to work and finally got one of my favorite looks uploaded!

Today's look is the slouchy look.  I would normally wear this type of look to a day to college and to class, if I don't have a presentation to do.  I would not reccommend wearing this exact shirt if you are in high school or below, because I believe it goes against all type of rules for shirts with graphics, but that is the wonder of college, you can wear whatever you want, when you want.

Other than a slouchy sweater and a pair of skinny jeans, the oxford shoe, I think, gives the look a little bit of a classic look, plus the bracelet and purse give the outfit a little flare and something unique .  For the earrings, I usually just wear a pair of rose earrings everyday.  This pair is sort of expensive, but they have cheaper ones at either forever 21 or claire's.

This look has to be just a fun slouchy kind of sloppy chic type of look!

Skinny Jeans-Dressed Up

Hello Web Beauties!

Today is a new day in skinny jeans!  The reason I decided to start doing looks for skinny jeans is because I believe that they are a part of just about every young woman's closet.

So today I decided that I would dress up some skinny jeans.  I have actually worn something like this to evening parties, office parties, on casual days at work, and I have even had people wear something like this to office meetings, except they had black skinny jeans or black skinny dress pants.

ANYWAY, this corset caught my eye as being a very cute and girly top.  I like covering up my arms and so I paired it with a classic black blazer. I also kept it simple with a black Michael Kors purse, and the only reason it is Michael Kors is because I dream of owning a purse of his one day.   Then for a pop of color, I chose red heels for a little bit of sex appeal and power, and then I added a dark red and black earring and classic silver and diamond bracelets.

For the hair, I found a picture of Emma Stone with soft curls and I thought it would be a great style for this kind of look. Or another look would just be a casual bun to make it look sleek.

I believe that is all

Fall/Winter-Pop of Neon Orange

Hello Beauties of the Web!

I have one more Fall/Winter Pop of Color before I start my Skinny Jeans series.

This one is a pop of Neon Orange.   Now sometimes I find neon orange off putting, but with the small amount of it, I just love orange.

I found this amazing sweater dress!! I thought it was so unique and a one of a kind piece, but unfortunately I cannot find a cheap alternative for it, but I will be on the lookout for this piece!!!

I decided to pair this amazing taupe sweater dress with a taupe pair of heels.  I then decided since the top of the sweater dress is a little bit slouchy and not in need of a scarf detail, I added a skinny belt to give it a little structure, so that it forms to a woman's curves.  I then added a necklace with gold and orange and a stack of gold bracelets. Then last I added a neutral purse with just small details of orange, this way it isn't to overwhelming.

This is one of my favorite collection that I have put together! Hope you enjoy! Also if anyone finds a dress remotely alike to this one, please let me know!!

New Ideas and Good News!

Hello Beauties of the Web!

So today I thought I would start a new series!  Now don't worry, I am still going to be incorporating in the Fall and Winter Pops of Color series, but decided to give myself a little break, so I can get some more inspiration for that series!

So the new fashion series is going to be How to Dress Up and Down a Pair of Skinny Jeans.  I figured that every woman needs a pair of skinny jeans and are my favorite types of jeans to wear and I am always looking for ways to take a pair of skinny jeans and dressing them up for maybe a date, or dressing them down for a day of running errands.

I hope that you fashionistas will like this!

Oh and I got my still camera working again, so look for new makeup reviews also incorporated!!!

So Excited!

Fall/Winter-Pop of Neon Green

Hello Web Beauties!

Today's look is more of a look for a casual day or a school day.

Since the summer trend this year was neon colors, why not bring that into the fall and winter seasons?  I decided to pair a white flowy, button up top with a nice pair of bright neon pants.  Now maybe not all of us can pull off neon pants, so maybe wear a pair of regular blue jeans, but with a neon green belt.  I then added a white winter jacket that belted, and a white scarf with green detailing.  Now if you are like me, I like to keep my scarves on all day, but I know some people that don't like that restriction around their neck, so I also gave you an idea for a neon green necklace.  I then just paired it with a nice diamond stud earring to keep it simple.

As for the hair, I usually do a braid to the side on the days I just don't feel like doing my hair, but want it a little fancier than just a bun on the top of my head; this way a braid is always a cute idea.

I then just added a backpack, since this would probably be something I would wear to school!

Have a wonderful day!

Fall/Winter "Little Black Dress" with a Pop of Pink

Hello Again Web Beauties!

I am back! I have been bed ridden with a dumb cold...who gets a cold in the middle of the summer right? haha

Well I am back with a classic piece with my little twist on it.

Every woman should always own a little black dress, but it can get a little boring right?  Well with the way that I have put it together, I have added a little feminine pop of pink, because what is more feminine than a little black dress and pink?

Since I was going with the Fall and Winter theme, I decided to add just a structured military jacket. It gives the feminine look a little more structured look and gives it a diverse quality.  Plus a military jacket can always be paired with just about anything, from a white t-shirt and jeans all the way to this little black dress formal night look.

The belt is to break up the look a little bit to give the eye just a little more for the eye to look at.  Then I found the shoes unique and were my inspiration for the look.  Plus the purse had just a little pop of color and black classic earring to pull the look together.

My suggestion of a makeup look would be a smokey eye with a little pink added in, in the corner of the eye.

As for the hair, I would pull it up into a chic top bun or a french twist to give the outfit the spotlight.

Fall/Winter-Pop of Purple-Casual

Hello Beauties of the Web!

Today's look is a casual look.  This is a type of look that I would wear to go out shopping, running errands, or even a casual day at school.  The pop of color is purple, one of my favorite colors!!

I decided to add a makeup look because this is a beautiful way to incorporate a color, THE RIGHT WAY, into your everyday makeup looks!

Well, this one is short and sweet and very easy to find cheap alternatives for.

Fall/Winter Pop of Blue

Hello Again my beauties!

Today's outfit is simple with a pop of one of my favorite colors; cobalt blue!  The main pieces of this outfit are very simple and could honestly be paired with any pop of color that you may have sitting in your closet!  Some examples may be a bright pink tank that peeks through the sweater or below the sweater; another would be a different color of tights instead of just black, maybe pink, or purple, or maybe even a flower pattern, whatever your wonderful head can think up (or what ever you may have in your closet or dresser already hehe).

Just a quick note, the exact items are listed below and what brands they are and how much they cost.  Obviously I would never spend that much money on an outfit, but this gives us a guideline and gives us a challenge to bargan hunt, one of my favorite hobbies!

Well look forward to the next pop of color and if you have a pop of color that you would like for me to incorporate please comment below!
